Mr. Muhammad Iqbal Usman is a well-established industrialist and capital markets professional. He has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Al-Abbas Sugar Mills Ltd and Acme
Mills Pvt Limited, in addition to being a former Chief Executive of Security Stock Fund and a former Director of BMA Capital Management. Currently, Mr. Usman serves as the Director of Suraj Textile Mills and LSE Financial Services, and he holds the position of Chairman at Digital Custodian Company Limited. He is also a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.

Mr. Ghani is an experienced professional in the Pakistani capital markets, having served as Chairman/Director of BMA Capital Management Limited, Topline Securities Limited, and Hum Securities
Limited. Additionally, he has held the positions of Vice Chairman and Director of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (formerly known as Karachi Stock Exchange). Mr. Ghani is also the sponsor of Ghani Osman Securities (Pvt.) Limited and Al-Abbas Sugar Mills, and he serves on the managing committee of Kharadar General Hospital.
